Invest in Ongoing Marketing (Always!)

2020 was a year of profound global shifts in the way we live, the way we shop and what we value. Consumer habits, wants and needs abruptly and swiftly changed. Thus, over all brand marketing needs to adapt and evolve at pace in order to survive and, ultimately, thrive.

A luxury brand can no longer rely upon traditional marketing KPI’s, sterile social media campaigns, salespeople “pounding the pavement”, and simple website metrics. That data isn’t dynamic and won’t enable new, valuable, relationships. Robust, targeted and thoughtful digital marketing is necessary to increase retention and revenues.
